SHIPPING, RETURN, AND CANCELLATIONS

Wholesale Only 

To purchase from TruLuster, you must have a valid Business License and be engaged in the jewelry trade. Please submit a copy of your Business License and Sales Tax Exempt information at signup. We reserve the right to cancel any sale of products intended for personal use or to businesses not related to the sale of jewelry. 

Minimum Order Requirement 

We have no minimum order requirement. You can order as little or as much as you need.

Shipping

Standard Shipping: Flat $15 + 1% Insurance
Expedited Shipping: Flat $35 + 1% Insurance

Orders received by 2 PM PST usually ship the same business day.

All shipments are carefully boxed and secured with security tapes. We urge you not to accept any damaged or tampered shipments. If the package/items are damaged during transit, contact our customer service immediately.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to our order tracking page. You can also check the status of your order on our logistics partner's website using your tracking number.

Return and Exchange

Your satisfaction is paramount. If you receive a damaged product, you may return it within 7 days of delivery. Returned products must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Items showing wear or alterations will not be accepted.

If a returned product meets our quality standards, we will process a refund or exchange. If it does not, the product will be returned to you. Note that natural embellishments and handcrafted irregularities are not considered defects. We strive to display product colors accurately, but variations in monitor settings may affect color representation.

For any returns, please contact us via email to request a return authorization. Return shipping costs and insurance for the value of the products are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation 

Orders can be canceled before shipment. Please contact customer service as soon as possible to cancel an order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return.
